// Section 01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "882jl," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 882jl.cam, regulated under PAGCOR and accessible to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 882jl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 882jl registration process.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the funds held in a Player's 882jl account, including deposited funds, bonus balances, and accrued winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit amounts, free spins equivalent value, or other non-cash promotional awards applied to a Player's account.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player directly via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or other accepted payment channels.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process 882jl conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.

// Section 02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 882jl platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 882jl platform in any way.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside 882jl's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms that may be in effect at the time of your participation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to that specific promotion.

// Section 03 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 882jl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. 882jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Player cannot satisfactorily confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

882jl is licensed to offer services to players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own legal risk. 882jl is not liable for any Player's breach of local laws in accessing the platform from a restricted territory.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an account with 882jl, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration;
• Register using another person's identity or personal details;
• Register if you have been previously excluded or banned from 882jl;
• Register on behalf of another person.

882jl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

// Section 04 Account Obligations

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player may maintain only one (1) active account on the 882jl platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. 882jl will close all duplicate accounts upon detection, void all associated bonuses, and may withhold any funds pending investigation for fraud or abuse.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 882jl login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 882jl will never ask for your password via phone call, email, or chat message. Any activity conducted through your 882jl account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you, unless you have notified 882jl in writing of a security compromise prior to the activity occurring.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 882jl support immediately by contacting [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

882jl is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to conduct KYC verification on all accounts before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. Verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS, or PRC ID);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account registered in your name);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID, if requested by 882jl's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the initial request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

// Section 05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

882jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20 network), and Coins.ph. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at 882jl's discretion with notice provided to affected Players.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso) per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. 882jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within 2–4 hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are processed within the same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM PHT on a banking day.

882jl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met. Players will be notified of any hold on their withdrawal request within 24 hours of submission.

5.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited to 882jl are held in accounts segregated from 882jl's operational funds, in compliance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements. This segregation is intended to ensure that player balances remain protected in the event of any adverse financial situation affecting 882jl's operations.

// Section 06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on 882jl are governed by rules specific to each game type or sport. General rules applicable across all 882jl gaming products include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled by the Player after confirmation, except where a market is voided by 882jl due to an error or exceptional circumstance.
• 882jl reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on markets affected by technical errors.
• Game outcomes produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are final and not subject to dispute on the basis of perceived fairness.
• Live casino outcomes determined by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette balls) streamed in real time are equally final.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, 882jl's server-side game record is authoritative for determining the state of any active wager.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets on 882jl is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

// Section 07 Bonuses and Promotions

882jl may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all 882jl promotions unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are used only after Real Money Funds in the Player's wallet are exhausted.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• 882jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Bonuses may be restricted to certain games or game categories. Wagering on restricted games will not count toward fulfillment of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated play, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

// Section 08 Responsible Gaming

882jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players manage their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools described in this section are available to Players directly from the 882jl account settings dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a configurable period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 882jl account. Reinstatement requires a minimum exclusion period and a formal review process. This is irreversible for the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications of time elapsed and net session results during active play.

882jl will honor any self-exclusion request immediately upon receipt. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to create new accounts during their exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed and all funds associated with it will be returned.

// Section 09 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful to 882jl or other Players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, AI agents, or any script to access the platform or place bets;
• Colluding with other players in poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the 882jl platform or its games;
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward 882jl staff or other players via the platform's communication features;
• Opening or using an account on behalf of another person without their express written consent;
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or in coordination with other Players;
• Any action intended to manipulate game outcomes or market prices through means other than legitimate play.

Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted.

// Section 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 882jl platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, interface design, game graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 882jl or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and related laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without 882jl's prior written consent.

// Section 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 882jl and its affiliated entities, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity on the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 882jl's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or third-party platform downtime;
• Loss of data, account access, or opportunity arising from technical failures where 882jl has acted in good faith to restore service;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.

In all cases, 882jl's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

// Section 12 Termination and Account Closure

882jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• 882jl is required to do so by PAGCOR directive or court order;
• 882jl has reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• 882jl ceases to hold a valid PAGCOR licence to operate in the Philippines.

Players may close their own account at any time by submitting a written request to 882jl support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees, provided all wagering requirements have been met. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

// Section 13 Amendments to These Terms

882jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

Your continued use of the 882jl platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

// Section 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 882jl platform shall first be submitted to 882jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or, thereafter, to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players and 882jl mutually submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any unresolved disputes arising under these Terms.
